• Credited via original payment method
• UPI refunds completed within 3-5 business days
• Card refunds may take 7-10 business days

2. Chargebacks

• Disputed transactions investigated per PhonePe guidelines
• Chargeback fee of ₹500 applicable for invalid disputes
